01 / WHY IT BELONGS IN YOUR BENEFITS MIX

More than a benefit to offer.
Something practical to use.

Give candidates a tangible example of how you support your people—and give employees practical reasons to return. Here is the value Restoraise is being designed to deliver.

01

Useful in everyday life.

Help employees turn good intentions into a next step: a guided workout, a meal choice or a moment to reset.

A CLEAR EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION
02

Less to administer.

One proposed benefit for strength, nutrition and rest. Shared invitations and access management, rather than separate programs to coordinate.

ONE CONNECTED DAILY EXPERIENCE
03

Participation you can see.

Understand whether the benefit is reaching people through group-level adoption and engagement, without individual health histories.

PROGRAM INSIGHT, NOT PERSONAL OVERSIGHT

02 / THE FEATURES BEHIND THE BENEFIT

Practical support.
Not just more content.

The idea: connect workouts, flexible meal support and rest in one everyday companion. Meet employees in real life—not only when they follow a perfect plan.

An interactive concept, not a working health app.
No personal information is collected in this preview.

03 / THE EMPLOYER EXPERIENCE

Easy to introduce.
Easier to understand.

For HR and benefits teams, the proposed employer space brings invitations, team access and aggregate participation into one place—so you can review the benefit, not individual employees.

01

Make the benefit tangible.

Show employees and candidates what the benefit actually offers: practical help with movement, meals and rest.

02

Keep administration focused.

Plan a clear invitation and access process, instead of asking HR to run everyone’s wellness journey.

03

See what is being used.

Review program-level participation and voluntary feedback. Validate value in a pilot before expanding.

TRUST COMES FIRST

Support shouldn't
feel like supervision.

The proposed boundary is simple: a personal wellness space for employees, a program-level view for employers.

  • ✓ Individual meals, weight and workout histories are not intended for employer reporting.
  • ✓ Optional health connections and clear, understandable permissions.
  • ✓ Group-size thresholds and limited reporting to reduce re-identification risk.

These are design principles for the proposed product, not a compliance certification. Privacy, consent and reporting safeguards must be validated before launch.

START SMALL. LEARN SOMETHING REAL.

A thoughtful path
from idea to everyday.

01 / ALIGN

Define a focused pilot.

Agree on the audience, employee needs and what meaningful participation would look like.

02 / INTRODUCE

Make joining easy.

Plan invitations, clear onboarding and launch communication that puts employees first.

03 / LEARN

Listen, then improve.

Review aggregate engagement and voluntary feedback before deciding how to expand.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let's make
it clear.

What exactly is Restoraise?+

Restoraise is a proposed employer-funded wellness app bringing strength, nutrition and rest into one employee experience. This website is an interactive concept for discussion, not a live product.

How would the meal-photo feature work?+

The planned app would let employees photograph a meal and receive estimated calories and protein, then review or adjust the food and portion details. This supports everyday eating, not only a prescribed meal plan. Photos cannot reliably reveal every ingredient or portion, so estimates would be approximate. The demo here uses a stock image and fictional numbers; it does not access a camera, upload a photo or analyze food.

What is the proposed difference from a content library?+

The positioning is practical daily support in one place: guided movement, meal ideas, food-photo nutrition estimates and rest prompts, alongside a proposed employer participation view. It is a product direction to validate—not a claim that competitors lack these features or that Restoraise has proven superior outcomes.

Who would pay for the benefit?+

The proposed model is that employers provide access as an employee benefit. Commercial terms, pricing and pilot availability are still to be determined.

Would it work on iPhone and Android?+

Both iOS and Android are planned. Optional connections to Apple Health and Android Health Connect are part of the concept, subject to development, permissions and platform review.

What would employers be able to see?+

The intended employer view focuses on group-level adoption and engagement, not individual health records. Reporting thresholds, consent, access controls and data handling would be reviewed before any real employee data is collected.

Is this medical care or insurance?+

No. The concept is general wellness support, not a replacement for health insurance, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Can I sign up or book a demo here?+

You can explore the sample employee plan and employer dashboard here. For questions about Restoraise, visit our support and contact page. This concept preview has no signup or payment form.
